I visit this locationās drive thru more than twice a month. I am a regular customer. Monday I arrived home to find I had been shorted A sausage biscuit. When I called the manager asked for my name and said she would put it in the ābookā. They did not ask for my receipt number and I did not ask for managerās name. This has definitely not the first time an order has been incorrect but I do not let small things wind me up. I have had my name placed in the ābookā before when messed up another order. This morning I told cashier working drive thru what happened on Monday and she said she would get the manager. She was very professional and polite. She said the total reflected would not be out of pocket cost once manager checked book. Manager came to window and simply asked if could help me. I explained and she said did not find my name in the book. No apologies. No kindness. She was curt and rather rude. I explained to her that I was a very regular customer and told her that there would be no reason for me to lie about one sausage and biscuit when I was also buying an additional two. Again, no apologies. Totally unprofessional. No reasonable attempt to practice good customer service skills and make the situation right. I told her that I would not be back. She offered no apologies and did not care. I have been to this restaurant several times around 5:05 and 5:10 and even 5:20 in the morning and the drive thru is not open. I have traveled to the Thomas Road location due to that lack of concern about opening on time. I believe this would fall under the scope of the General manager. The General manager also happens to be the same person who was rude and unprofessional this morning. This terseness may also be the reason why this location seems to have such a high turnover. I would like to note that I did purchase two sausage biscuits even though she would not compensate me for the incorrect order on Monday. Donāt spend your money at places where your business is not...

We used a coupon for a 20 piece nugget and 2 medium fries for $9.99. At that price, why not eat McDonald's this once..lol The lady who processed our order was amazing, the manager on duty, not so much. Order was entered, but all of the order wasn't fulfilled properly. We received 2 medium fries and no nuggets. I brought this to the cashiers attention who notified the manager so it could be corrected and the manager proceeded to talk down to the the cashier in front of us on how the order was correct and we received what we paid for. I let this go on for a few minutes before speaking up and letting the manager know I had the coupon in my app and I could show her but she wasn't interested in it. She continued to degrade the worker in front of us before getting the nuggets and sliding them in a bad and walking off from the counter. We went to our table to realize that only 10 or the 20 nuggets were fulfilled. We approached the counter yet again to have the same nightmare continue with this manager lashing out at the cashier. Once we received the remainder of our order we left. If you can avoid this location, please do so. If the owners or someone from the franchise happens to read this review please pop in on this manager. You will see the lack of professionalism...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI pulled in and sent my order at 5:30 PM. I sat and waited in curbside pickup area until 5:53 PM. Trying to be understanding that its a busy time. I finally decided to go in and check on it. I walked in and wasnt greeted. I noticed a large bag sitting there when I walked in she never touched it again after I walked in and I waited at least 5 minutes until the 1 lady working behind the counter walked past me. I asked her if my curbside order was ready. She looked down in the bag that had been sitting there and said oh yeah, hold up a second. She went and got a bag and got nuggets, dropped them in the bag and handed it to me. I said oh so that was my bag thats been sitting there for no telling how long!??? I guess I would have never gotten my food if I didnt go in and get it. How about McDonalds not even offer curbside if you cant have employees to actually bring it out!!! I have no problem coming in and getting it, but at least give me my food when its fresh. Now I just got my food home and the fries were cold and worthless. What a waste of my money! This location is terrible on a good day and today was worse...
