Hire management with decent professional service skills. I spent a entire 50.00$ bill on this delivery order. One of my pizzas, super Supreme, still had ham after I selected "no ham" and the two Cinnabon orders were clearly RAW. The woman manager was yelling at me and very rude. She told me that both cinnabon orders were RAW because pizza hut has new lids and she never had a complaint. I've ordered cinnabons over 15 times in the past, I ordered two this time because I know how they should be, "COOKED". She had nothing to say about the ham that is not supposed to be on the pizza. After saying i needed to come in for a refund The "manager" changed her mind from a cash refund to a 25.00$ credit for a future order within 30 days, once I told her I was going to get a ride to come get the refund because I can't walk all the way there with all that my car is in the shop. She continually ignored the question every time I asked for her name, to know who i was speaking with, replying she a manager and doesn't have to give me her name because she did nothing wrong. Instead she gave me the general manager name, AJ. That manager woman is displaying suspicious shady and corrupt behavior within the pizza hut company. I ordered the pizza online, it said the order would be ready in 10 minutes. I waited five minutes before heading over to this location to give them a little extra time and it took me 9 minutes to drive to said location. The pizza was not even out of the oven yet by the time I got there. I paid and they said it would be a couple minutes longer. Fast forward 20 minutes later, the pizza was done but the cinnabon cinnamon rolls I ordered had not even been put in the oven to be cooked by the time I get there. Read moreI always order from here, it's OK, delivery guy is always friendly. Today was disappointing, because I ordered my pizza around 5:23 pm and the delivery time was set around 5:54 pm. It was 6:33 and still no pizza, I got worried and called in to make sure it was on it's way. The lady that answered was very friendly and noticed that no one had taken the pizza yet. 10 minutes later pizza arrives, driver friendly as usual but the pizza was cold. I mean if they were already late they should've heated the thing up at least. It was very disappointing, I order from here at least once a week because my family and I are very busy people, we are always working and rarely find the time to cook.
