I'm not really a picky person or maybe I am. So the one star is not that I don't like Puccinos...I've come to love the place. I used to wait till I ran across a puccinos to get my coffee...then I found that there was one on my way to work. The excitement tho!
The one star is not so much the fact that the workers aren't really friendly...I don't go there to make friends. It's not so much the fact that when I tried to verify my order and have it repeated of felt like someone in the background yelled that they got it...I just wanted the person on the speaker to verify. But I got the memo when the person in the back yelled. It's not the fact that for some reason my coffee never tastes the same as when I get it at my favorite puccinos in Harahan that I unfortunately can't always get to.
I'll tell you why they get the one star...I went on yesterday morning and got the two for one special. When I was handed my large vanilla latte w/soy milk supposed to have two extra shots of expresso (don't judge my life I need those shots lol) I was content. However, I was handed the cappuccino and saw the most noticeable hair sitting on top of the whip cream. I immediately handed it back. The look on the lady face was as if I was crazy...I wasn't trying to be malicious or anything...I just wanted another one. But the look on her face like I can't believe you're handing this back to me. Still that wasn't the problem. I got either another one or they took the hair out. I didn't make your hair fall out. I didn't snap a piece out and place it there. Sooooo, that means it wasn't my fault to where I needed to apologize for there being hair there. On top of the look of audacity I got not a single apology for finding hair in my drink. Not a have a nice day, just a look of audacity! REALLY!?!?!
I will bypass a lot, but that was the last straw. They do too much...or perhaps not enough. They would get a zero stars if I could.
So on a positive side there are puccinos all over metairie...I got my coffee this am from the other puccinos down vets...A LITTLE...
Read moreThe bagels are the quality that you would find at a 7-11. My iced caramel coffee was terrible, with like 4 ice cubes in it- it was just lukewarm chemical tasting bath water. The orange juice is from a bottle and tinted brown- and i doubt it has any actual juice in it at all. Not that it’s their fault, but maybe test the products that you sell. terrible donut- stale. The staff bicker with each other and are rude and slow. Outrageously overpriced- starbucks costs the same, and this place has 10% of their quality and service. And they use SO MUCH PLASTIC - I have never seen a business care less for the environment. butter, jam, cutlery, plates, cups, cream cheese, salt and pepper all come inside packaging (for indoor dining). And plastic bottle drinks, and then no recycling is offered. order food at counter then bring it to your table, and then bus your own table. Never Again for me. Should have just ate in my...

The biggest problem is the service. The brown haired woman who was working the morning of 5/10/22 is extremely rude and inconsiderate. People in line are having to wait for long periods of time with no explanation. You can't order through the intercom, you have to drive up to the window, where you are required to wait for several minute before you can even place your order.
My two drinks I received this morning were not good. The mocha was lukewarm upon being given and my iced coffee with cream included NO COFFEE and too much cream. I came back to have it re-made. Not only did she not remake it, she only added to it. I didn't have time or the energy to argue after she only modified the drink, so I ended up taking whatever it was that she gave - I didn't trust that she wouldn't do something to it...
Overall, my recommendation is go to PJs or Starbucks, not this...
