Worst hair cut I've ever had. styled me the first time like some old lady. if I straighten it, it's ok, but when I let it go natural, it looks terrible, sticks out all over the place. layers too short to pull back in clip.

she did blonde highlights on my roots that were undetectable, my roots were still brown. when I went back to have her fix, she charged me (half, but it should have been fixed for free.)

I have been there a few years now. I wasnt happy with my first experience but that girl isnt there anymore. Then I got Liz on one visit and Vina on another. They are amazing! I'll only see them from now on. They are sweet and extremely talented. I would suggest giving them anther try and asking for either Vina or Liz. As far as pricing goes, they seem pretty consistant. You usually pay a different price for a stylist by their experience level. But over all, its never been a noticeable...

Vina Le! I hate the drive to Metairie, but it's totally worth it when Vina takes care of me. I had an appointment and came in 30 minutes early, and she immediately greeted me with no time wasted. An hour passed by quickly with her awesome personality. I left loving my haircut, especially appreciate the fact that she takes the time to do something extra special (like curl or straighten my hair) for me.
