Sam's Southern Eatery — Restaurant in Louisiana

Last week was the 1st time that I went to Sam's Southern Eatery. I walked in and immediately noticed it was very tidy and clean, grabbed a menu sat in a booth right away our waitress was there to greet us. She was on point with all our needs. So for me the customer service experience was awesome.The first thing I noticed when ordering there's a few things on the menu that they do not service at all. I do think the menus should be up to date with the restraunt. My opinion of the food I started with Fried Green Tomatoes as a appetizer . I only ate one being it is a Southern Restraunt I was expecting more flavor. With that said they were fried to perfection. A Beautiful golden brown . As my meal my fiance ordered a Hamburger Meal which I tried and liked and she liked so much she ended up ordering one to go for our daughter . I ordered a shrimp po-boy without Sam's sauce added Mayo. When I received it I was kinda blown away because my expectations of a shrimp po-boy is big fluffy po-boy bread Mayo, lettuce, tomatoes, white onions(chopped), and most importantly the shrimp should be not tiny but small size and spread so you get the shrimp with every bite. The po-boy I received was on a very tiny bun it sorta looked like a long hotdog bun it was cut in half each half had 2 very large shrimp so I took a bite it was more bread than I care for so I cut the shrimp up some took another bite the tomato was very soft kinda mushy I took it off the finial bite I noticed the purple onions which was only my fault I think I just misunderstood the waitress when she told me what came on it. I ended up eating the fries. But once again they shrimp and fried were both cooked very well you can tell the grease was not old everything was served hot and fresh in my option the were on top of things I received my food faster there than I would have at a fast food restaurant. i ordered 6 boneless wings which to the normal person would imply “boneless chicken with BUFFALO SAUCE ON it” but no i got CHICKEN NUGGETS. If i wanted chicken nuggets that’s what i would’ve ordered. Then i ordered mac and cheese as a side and it STUCK to the cup and tasted terrible. Craft mac and cheese from WALMART would have been better. Also my team was confused on their orders so our waitress was rude and yelling at us. Then i go to sit down by a booth and the seat was CRACKED it was so uncomfortable i fell into it. My friend also ordered a seaser salad and it had TWO pieces of lettuce and PICKLES. WHO THE HELL PUTS PICKLES ON A SALAD. I had two separate issues when picking up an order today that was met with rudeness. First, when ordering the "Cheddar Poppers" there was no indication on the menu that it had jalapenos in it. When I notified the waitress she told me it is what it is and was very rude about the situation. She told me to read the menu and its on there.... It isnt. Then, I was not made aware that they put sliced pickles in their salads. I do not like pickles and easily would have asked for no pickles. I asked her to please remake this as the menu doesnt clarify this and no one told me when I ordered, she asked the kitchen to just take them out and when I asked her to please remake the salad she was rude about it.
