Amazing food! Atmosphere makes you feel right at home. If you're not one to dine in "like my husband". Lol.... you can call your order in and hit the drive thru. My family and I eat there every friday. And you can also reserve the private dining room as the ladies and I myself do once a month to play pokeno. There is no charge for the room itself. Only requirement is that you order a meal. Good deal because that room is huge and has an actual door for privacy. And the bonus for adults is they have small bar area in a cozy corner. And my favorite a video poker hideaway. Lol but i never put more than 20. And they have help info available if you have gambing addiction and r seeking help. So my advice to you who has taken the time to read this review. Call a friend or a few, bring a date for homestyle cooking with a variety to choose from. Seafood included. And give it a try you wont regret it. And if you for some odd reason do. Comment to this i'm curious to why. Oh and it has two locations bonus Broussard and new Iberia. I have never been to new iberia location. But Sandy owns them both. And between us girlfriend don't play. Lol so I'm pretty sure that location is just has awesome as the one I know and love. Oh man I almost forgot she is a muti time winner of the gumbo cookoff that is held annually in new iberia La. Just so you know I do not work there, nor have I ever. I did not have a pleasant first time experience and WILL NOT be going back and DO NOT recommend. I ordered the grilled catfish and shrimp that included fries and salad. I did not check my plate before leaving and got back to work and got busy. When I had time to sit down to eat, I couldn’t tell even if I had a whole piece of fish, because it was broken up and thrown all over the box. I had a piece in my salad that they added the dressing to and not on the side. The fries were cold and the shrimp as well. I did not reach out to them, because I felt nothing would have been done. They knew how they fixed the order before sending it out...

This little gem was great! Stopped here for lunch while in Broussard and was definitely not disappointed. I had trouble deciding what to get because everything looke amazing. There are daily playe lunches and specials along with a menu of burgers poboys etc. I ordered the fried shrimp poboy and couldn't believe how big it was and how well it was prepared. The prices are not bad at all and the service was on point.would highly recommend. Super clean, great food, perfect service....
