Shane's seafood and bbq — Restaurant in Louisiana

The service me and my friend received at Shane on North Market where Ms. Robbie is the Manger is poor and judgmental!! We order dinner and the food was a glob of fried fish meal over rice. Sad part I when I spoke to the water that I can not eat this🤮 she still wanted to charge me for food that was proven to be unfit to consume. I requested to speak with theManger,. I pull her to the side so no one else could here how disrespectful the food was cook for me.. I requested it to me remove from my Bill... She look at me as if I was being untruthful about the dinner plate. She said,' "I HAVE TO SEE HOW MUCH YOU ATE" ....AS IF I WAS NOT QUALIFIED TO AS HER TO REMOVE THE BILL. Once she saw the plate still full. 👀 I guess she realized that everybody that don't look like here can be honest, professionally. But it Total clear she have her favorite people she respect. highly, highly disappointed with my lunch today. i ordered during lunch time & specifically asked 3 times on the phone for the lunch cajun chicken alfredo. after repeating myself, i was asked what type of meat. uh maybe the chicken like i just said? then i go in to pick up my order and i was charged for the regular alfredo meal plus the cost of adding grilled chicken. for starters, that alfredo HAS GOT to be from a jar. if not, that’s disappointing because it was gross. next, im a little annoyed i was charged an additional $6 for chicken that was barely even in the dish. they added some toast that was basically just bread, not toasted enough to notice plus the “toast” was thrown right on top of the past so when i pulled the bread off, it pulled off all the cheese on top of the pasta. and lastly, there was absolutely NOTHING cajun about that pasta. very bland, no spice, no seasoning. im highly annoyed i spent $18 on a meal that went STRAIGHT to...

First of all the food was decent! But the service was very poor. At "Shanes" its the customers fault. Was my first time there...so asked for a plate with white meat chicken and brisket. Came with dark meat. While ordering it was like pulling teeth to get answers about the menu out of Lexi the waitress. Watching her deal with another customer of a different gender and race made me feel some kind of way concerning her obvious racial preference, maybe the two ladies were her relatives, I think not though.
