Horrible experience! Ordered a mini blast and strawberry sundae at 8:37pm just to leave empty handed at 9:21pm. After paging for the third time, we were yelled at over the intercom that our order was coming out now. Rude, pink haired, face full of piercings, young girl named ADDIE finally brought out our order which was partially MELTED. I told her to take it back and please bring our refund. She walks away yelling "its only ice cream" over and over as I'm telling her "bring our refund" over and over. They then send another girl and guy with dreads to tell me that my refund would not be credited right away. No receipt or anything was brought out. I had to request the receipt and the manager. A young girl name Micah comes out and I ask her is this the way she's been taught to lead her team and she tells me, "they don't listen to me!" What kind of establishment is this? I counted 7 vehicles that were parked on the employee side and you mean to tell me I couldn’t get two cups of ice cream out at a reasonable time? We ordered a super Sonic w/bacon and for me they got my burger right and tea and fries. Hurray for me. Now we ordered a simple footlong conie dog with just cheese for my grandchild. The sent a footlong w/chili and cheese. Before they replaced it they came to the car and asked to see 👀 our receipt. Second mistake was 1 of the burgers was asked to add a tried chicken breast to the #3 order on their menu. Super Sonic burger 🍔. Paid for the chicken breast and surprise burger with no chicken added. They came to my car and said that they didn't know who took our order then apologized and said that they've been screwing up orders all day. What kind of way is it to run a business like this. Read moreI have been sitting, for over 10 minutes now, waiting for someone to answer me at stall 23 in Luling, La. 3 other customers were served before me and they arrived after me. When I hit the red button again, after the 10 minutes and 3 people later, they answered. When I complained I was told, "I just got in here.". That would not be an accurate statement as I have sat here and watched a young lady, 2 gentleman not in sonic uniforms but in the cooking area cutting up with the employees, and 3 other employees all talking. This is not the 1st time something like this has happened at this Sonic. We will not be back until you could possibly hire competent employees. I don't know why I came back this time, to be honest.
