Food was horrendous. Burgers were cold and the meat tasted rancid. This tells me it was either improperly stored or it was patties from yesterday. The chicken in the wraps tasted burnt and old. Why are y’all using old materials?? The tomatoes were also old. You could see the skin on the outside was cracked and dried. Onions also stank. Meaning old or improperly stored. Disgusting.
The bacon wasn’t bad. Tho it was cold.
Should y’all just change y’all’s name to Cold??? Instead, ya know to fit what you serve to customers? FAIL.
I ordered thru the app so instructions were crystal clear. But they left out several things I ordered. FAIL.
Why even tip BEFORE I find out my experience will be TERRIBLE. I hate that about tipping with eating. What bright cookie came up with tipping before you know what’s even to expect?? EARN YOUR TIPS. It’s not only an accepted practice in society. A worker earns his wages. Management, WAKE UP!! Train your people. Do better.
Now I’m out 15$ because I won’t get my money back. Just indigestion and frustration. And it was during lunch time!!! FAIL

Went to get me and my son ice cream today.. I ordered like usual. The guy never ONCE said "cash only". My two blasts come out and I hand the girl my card and she says "oh he didn't tell you it's cash only?" I say No he didn't and I think I only have a 5 (total was 8 something). She says something about the new guy.. goes back in.. comes out and says " he said he told you cash only." Like im lying to get a 4 dollar blast.. super insulting. So I reiterate that he did not tell me or I wouldn't have placed the order knowing I didn't have cash to cover it. The person read my order back exactly as I ordered . I paid . Was short on food order. Another person was entering in the order and she forgot to enter a meal.Long story short.Had to pay more and wait for rest of order. The person gave me what was picked up.Just as he hands it to me , A very unprofessional older woman shouted to the guy that he picked up the wrong bag.
