After giving this store, multiple chances and even moving out of state and coming back to revisit the customer service in standards, here is still below quality. Some of the same managers are here and employees come and go from this location. They cannot keep a standard staff. they do not communicate well, they constantly make mistakes on orders and ingredients if you’re suggesting a modification or to take something off. Drink sizes can get messed up and then they get attitudes because you come inside complaining telling them that they have made a mistake or the quality of the food is bad or something is missing Food is expensive now we deserve to have high standards and...

Ordered 5 plain Chicken sandwiches in drive through. After 20 minutes of line purgatory we spent another 5 minutes at the window waiting on a single sandwich. After we received our bag, the requested sauces where nowhere to be found. I again requested sauce and was met with a blank stare followed by unwarranted attitude. As we pull out, we are greeted in the bag with cold food that wasn't even made to our order specification. Instead of plain sandwiches we were graced with globs of what i can only assume is supposed to be mayonnaise and lettuce so low quality I wouldn't even wipe my hind end with it. This is a failure of a franchise in every sense...

Wendys chili is REALLY good and I don't usually Eat Chili lol...I Also Love their dollar chicken nuggets, and the Bacon Maple Chicken sandwich is to Die for!!! Mmmmmmm The regular Crispy Chicken sandwich is good too! I also Love their Salads with Chicken as well!!! The Burgers are pretty good too...especially the Bacon Cheeseburgers! You can also get loaded or unloaded Baked Potatoes which are Sooo Yummy too! The Staff is friendly enough and they Always give you plenty of ketchup or whatever other condiments You need including Napkins!
