If I could give ZERO stars I would!!! I called and placed a simple delivery order she didn’t ask my address but I wasn’t alarmed seening as I order from here ALL the time and it usually pulls my info up based on my phone number. This is the some of the worst customer service I have EVER experienced and I work in fast food... she mistook my order as a carry out after I told her delivery she didn’t offer to fix it apologize anything, some show of her not paying attention. I take people’s order 24:7 and when I am wrong or there is a complaint I resolve the issue peacefully and as quickly as possible admitting it I was wrong or there order was messed up based on a mistake I had made. She told me there was nothing she could to that if I couldn’t make it to pick up my order I couldn’t order from this restaurant anymore. She refused to give me her name and lied saying she was the manager after she hung up on me I managed to talk to someone of “higher power” he then listened to me offered no apologies or cared what I was saying to him he only stated it was a private business and my opinion did not matter. I am a PAYING customer I expect to be treated that way. WILL NEVER go here or let any family or close friends go. There food kind of sucks anyways, so is good other is highly overrated and could possibly be other meat besides...
Read moreWe ordered from here via Door Dash because our preferred Chinese restaurant was closed. The chicken chow mei fun, chicken lo mein, fried chicken wings, crab rangoon, steamed dumplings, and shrimp egg roll. We found it all very bland. The chow mei fun has rice noodles. It was completely devoid of seasoning - not even salt and pepper! The chicken in it tasted boiled. There were a small amount of veggies in it, but not much. It was so gross. (Yes, I redeemed it by adding my own seasoning.) I order the same meal at my preferred restaurant and the two dishes are not comparable. The shrimp egg roll tasted like plain cabbage, no shrimp to be seen, though there could have been some unseasoned pieces in there. The crab rangoon was okay, but there was not enough sweet and sour sauce to use for all of the pieces (they only included a couple packets and didn't have their own version). The steamed dumplings and lo mein were not notable in taste, lacking enough seasoning. The fried chicken was fine - cheaper, fatty pieces, as you'd expect. I can't believe I dropped $80 on this food. Don't eat here. They are not in it for the quality of food.
If people think this is good food, they need to try some other restaurants like Asian...
Read moreWe ordered dinner for pickup from here around 6:30, and it was meh. The free 2 liter for spending over $30 was a nice surprise.
People commented on the building being run down and how sketchy the area is. It was not THAT bad. It sits next to a couple gas stations with not much else around, and the building is just older.
I read comments about the chicken being over-fried. We ordered general tso, and it was absolutely over-fried. Some pieces wouldn't even chew up and had to be spit out. Although, the general tso sauce was delicious.
The pepper chicken with onion was on point, but had more pepper and onions than chicken. The pork fried rice seemed like it had been sitting a while and tasted a little too much like grease. The wontons we're not cream cheese wontons like we are used to getting other places; they came with a little piece of (not sure what kind of) meat inside and were so incredibly stale and chewy.
The staff was very nice, but we were pretty disappointed with the food. We spent nearly $40 including a tip for 2 people...all the food should at least be fresh. I doubt we...
