KFC — Restaurant in Louisville

I eat on the average of once a week. In terms of KFC chicken it's average, nothing spectacular or eventful. The service here is average, you place your order and in the average amount of time you get your food.

I have been here several times and got the chicken bowl and on one occasion it was terrible. All the pieces of chicken were dried out crust with no meat inside of them. I ask for replacement and was told that it is popcorn chicken and she couldn't guarantee the next order wouldn't be like that as well. How disappointing!!. Every other time I've been there and got the chicken bone it was popcorn chicken with actual meat inside of it, so I took a chance and going to order tonight and it was popcorn chicken with meat inside of it. So I guess the moral of this story is if you get a chicken bowl with popcorn chicken in it, according to them you take your chances on getting dried out crust with no meat in it where you might actually get popcorn chicken the way it's supposed to be. Tonight I also got the $20 bucket. I'm assuming it was original recipe, I didn't think to ask nor did they suggest if I wanted original or extra crispy, so I guess I got whatever they had available. It was average typical KFC chicken. I guess there one Flashpoint is the service here is always quick, never had any complaints on it taking too long to get my order.

cleanliness.. It wasn't terrible, inside of the restaurant itself was clean, the tables were wiped down and cleared, the floor was mopped. Everything a restaurant should do to present itself as clean, however... The drink area was nasty garbage strewn all over the drink area, and a big one with me, the men's bathroom. It was clean with one major flaw. There was no soap in the men's room in any of the containers so I hope this isn't the bathroom that the employees use, and there were no towels in which you dry your hands with in any of the towel holders. Worst KFC in World. Missed order, Waited in line 30 mins wanted to just leave they had already swipe my 31dollars for a 12 piece box.

Corporate, inspector need to come in location. Employees lie on you specify you curse at them when you request to see a manager I'm going to Corporate.

Went in had to wait 14 minutes before my order was taken. Cashier was taking orders and then she had to fill the orders. Ridiculous set up. There were 2 customers in front of me and 6 customers behind me. The customer in front of me received the wrong order. So I had to wait while her order was corrected. I Ordered a $20 fill up. Chicken wings were so small you could barely see them in the pail. No more than a dime size piece of chicken on it.
