Subway — Restaurant in Louisville

First off one of the cleanest Subway restaurants I've ever been in, and that's saying a lot. Normally at most restaurants a a drink area is a pit of iniquity. There was nothing about this Subway that was dirty, from the clean bathrooms to the sandwich area to the drink area. Kudos. I didn't happen to notice what their health rating was, so I can't comment on that. I was the only customer in there, so ask for Speed, I have to give it a 10. I can't judge on how well they perform when there is multiple customers in there, but I was in and out in under 7 minutes, with sandwich in hand and...

I drove by and saw a new sandwich thought sounds good so went thru drive thru and had it toasted so I had to wait til being done toasted to tell what to put on next got to pickup window and waited to get order then cc machine went down anyway got home and the sandwich looked terrible and it didn't taste much better and this was my dinner. They put away too much mayo and ettuce and asked for couple pickles and they put like 15 or so on there. Terrible sandwich the cookies were good. Customer service was ok. I don’t frequent Subway but I came for my daughter. I ordered a chicken bacon ranch wrap. I specifically asked for the regular chicken. I TOLD her that my daughter didn’t like the new chicken. She said it was the regular. 20 min later I returned telling her it was the new chicken.
