Taco Bell — Restaurant in Louisville

Tonight I went to taco bell close to home. I've been there three times. The 1st time service was great. The 2nd time the drink machine was down and we weren't told until at the window when we were give two cups if ice and a can of our drinks. We were still charged the full price for our large drinks. Tonight I went and was told that you couldn't have more than 8 items. I ordered the Mexican pizza combo, asked for 3 doritos locos and the belle grande combo with my taco changed to soft with no lettuce. The woman at the window ignored my request for the doritos locos. When at the window I asked does my drinks count as my 8 items. I was told yes, I asked how many items I was at. She said 5 but we aren't taking add ons at the window. I said I asked for doritos locos in between my conbos. She had an attitude and instead of correcting to the 3 I asked for I was given one, and rudely handed my food and drinks. They also didn't make sure I was given both straws. When I got home I also discovered my soft taco was not as ordered. I will not be going to this location again...

⚠️DANGER⚠️ This place's lobby is small and has ZERO seating for eating in. In fact it's like a Bank or Check Cashing place, this place was ROCKIN BULLET PROOF GLASS which made it not only scarry, it left me wondering why they didn't have a ARMED GUARD on duty as well..JK but I wouldn't recommend going inside to order your food...if the store is this scared that they may be robbed that they would separate the employees and the customers with bullet proof glass, unless they hand out bullet proof vests to customers who enter the lobby I wouldn't recommend ordering inside or getting out of your car all. What is this downtown NEW YORK CITY or WHAT...?????? I Think I'll pass on ROCKIN this location again, not looking to be robbed while I'm ordering a Mexican pizza....LOL GOOD LUCK PASS THIS ONE...

I have to give a HUGE shoutout to Aliyah and the team at Taco Bell on Cane Run Rd! From the moment I pulled up, Aliyah made my experience stress-free. She was so pleasant, patient, and never rushed me while I decided on my order — that alone deserves recognition. On top of that, the entire team delivered my food fresh, fast, and perfectly accurate (which is something that really sets this location apart).

The restaurant was spotless, the atmosphere was welcoming, and every single person I interacted with was professional and kind. It’s rare to get service that checks every box — but Cane Run Rd Taco Bell nailed it.
