Subway — Restaurant in Louisville

This us by far the worst Subway I have a been too staff Is unpleasant. Just flat out rude. I ordered a 6 inch turkey sub and literally was given 3 slices of turkey unbelievable. When I asked if I could have just a few more slices. I was told are you going to pay for extra. I found this to be ridiculous, being that every other Subway I have visited.I have never had to ask for extra slices of turkey. I have always felt the portions were sufficient. Maybe the franchise owner will read this and understand you don't get rich by skimping the customer you get rich by repeated customers. I will not be returning to...

Second time I get bad attitude from lady the works there, first time because she was eating and get up to make sandwiches without washing her hands and I ask her to put gloves and she responded I did wash them on the back but doubt it she come out to quick to prepare sandwich, and today 1/11/24 she cut my sandwich with a knife with mayonnaise which I don’t like and I ask her did you clean the knife and she replied we don’t clean the knives unless customer ask before and I was speechless, really! I was there recently with the pandemic only to find one teenage worker there not wearing a mask properly with her entire face exposed. She finally covered her face to make the sandwich but then disappeared halfway through the order to go to the back and cough all over her gloved hands to return and attempt to continue touching food with those same Contaminated gloves. She really gave us the impression it was done on purpose, spitefully. We will never return to this place again. Health department contacted and report filed....
