I am a new diner at this establishment and I was happy overall with the margarita, the food, and the price, which is A LOT! So the 3 stars is solely based on the fact that we dined here at 9:00, when they close at 10:00, as I am a second shift worker I’m always looking for a later option restaurant, but much to my dismay as soon as the food was at our table there was a man sweeping fervently at the rugs just beside us. I was only imagining all the dust and dirt falling into my food, once he was finished with the rug directly next to our booth, I thought that would be over, but he continued to very loudly move all the tables and chairs in our vicinity to clean up, sweep/mop, etc. there wasn’t a moments peace for eating our food so I checked the time to see if they were closed, and it was 9:25. If you close at 10:00, let your patrons eat. If you want to move furniture, sweep and mop the dining room at 9:25, please just do us a favor and say you close at 9:00. It makes me never want to return, even though I did...
Read moreI live in Loveland and this is my go to place for Mexican, especially when I am hungry and craving, and they stay open late, which works well for me. The food is great, but what I like most about the place is that it is warm and friendly and they are always so accommodating. I like my enchiladas veggie a certain way and they are always willing to make it that way, and it has always tasted consistently good for all the many years I have been going there. It's like my neighborhood Mexican. We all need places like those. The margaritas are good, the salsa is fresh and they always bring me the hotter, Habanero one. The folks there are pleasant and I get to practice my poor Espanol. So, if you are looking for a warm, comfortable, homey place with great service, margaritas, food and reasonable price, I say go...
Read moreIt wasnt very busy, because its a tuesday. I generally get nachos jim (chicken) and split it with my dad and thats okay. But this time i got something else (a super quesadilla with no shrimp). It was really good, especially with the guacamole. My only complaint is it was too big and i was full after only eating half of it, but thats okay because my dad took the other half. Something i didn't care for though was the fact that they were slow to give us our check even though it wasnt busy (i assume this is because we ate in the outside area and were the only people doing so so they had all their attention on where most people were which is frustrating but understandable). For a mexican restaurant thats nowhere near mexico, you cant go wrong...
