New Asian — Restaurant in Loveland

Decent little Chinese place. I rated 3 out of 5 stars bc the online ordering system would not allow me to register an account and order online. When I called the computer system shut down, unexpectedly (maybe technology is not my friend today) and I had to repeat all my info to another person. My order cost was a little pricey for the portion sizes I received. Delivery was received in the time frame quoted and they found my apartment without problem. Food was hot and fresh. The egg rolls were ok, a little peppery for my taste. I think they were frozen. The pan fried dumplings filling had no flavor. The dipping sauce made them a little better but nothing great. Cashew chicken we decent but too many vegetables and not enough chicken. Rice portion was 1/3 of entree portion. Next time I will order extra rice. They did not include any silverware, 4 packets of soy sauce, 1 fortune cookie, styrofoam cups of sweet and sour sauce and hot sauce, which is a little stingy compared to other restaurants. This restaurant provided me with an absolutely terrible experience. I ordered my food online and I was given a pick up time of 5:30. Imagine my surprise when I arrive at 5:30 and I’m told they don’t have my order. I attempt to find the information on my phone, while the woman at the counter SCREAMS at me about how she doesn’t have my order and I need a confirmation number (the thing I’m trying to find). She continues to shout that I have no order while I explain that I’ve been charged for the food and I’m trying to figure out where the disconnect is. She continues to yell at me to the point that I am in tears and I left the restaurant embarrassed and cried in my car. She then comes to my car, yells at me to calm down, and then explains that their online ordering system is to blame and that my food can magically be made. 0/5 stars and frankly I’ve also reported them to the BBB. When I arrived my order was wrong so the workers angrily made it again. The female worker yelled at me for not wanting bean sprouts (allergy) even though I told her a few times when I ordered to please remove them. I watched them make it again. First unmasked and with no gloves. Then masks (falling off) and no gloves. The cook grabbed the vegetables with his bare hands, after just handling money and the phone, and threw them in the dish.Then I watched a woman who was just doing dishes, who didn't wash her hands or wear gloves, grab a lemon from the incorrect dish and stick it on the new one. She threw my food at me (literally) and walked away.
