I have been eating at Tender Towne since it first opened up in Loveland. I ate it the day after it started serving and opened. It started amazing, it was one of my favorite places. I ate it every day for break when I worked at the kroger next to it. I'd give it a 8/10 back then.
Fast forward a couple years later, and I am sad to say that the place went extremely downhill. Soggy food, the Buffalo sauce was always changing getting worse and worse every time I would go. It was hands down so bad at one point, where I vowed to never go here again. 3/10
Fast forward to today.. I had a strange urge to try Tender Towne again, so I did. I don't know what happened to the place, the chicken.. the fries.. the Buffalo sauce... it's all....
Perfect.
The chicken is nice and meaty and was piping hot, nicely breaded. The toast was cooked to perfection. The fries were changed!! Which at first I thought I'd be disappointed but no! The new shoestring fries are phenomenal! And the new Buffalo sauce was nice, creamy and thick! I got to say that, if this place stays on this path that they're on, that this place hands down has the best breaded chicken in all of cincinnati ohio. 10/10 please keep doing what...
Read moreThis is more of a review of my overall experience and not any particular visit. This was the first chicken tender place I tried since moving to this town in Ohio. And it was so delicious and is often the first place I want to go to for Chicken. And I highly recommend it to anyone that is looking for some tenders.
The staff are great people, friendly folk and such. One of my favorite interactions with the staff was that there was a 16yr old employee, he saw that my partner and I came in and were waiting. This kid was clearly on his break and was about to try and help us. One very sweet of him to try and do, but my partner and I told him “Are you on your break?” “Oh yeah but-“ “Then sit back down. We can wait.” “Yeah we aren’t gonna let ya work during your break kid.” And boy the smile was so bright. He was a good kid and I admire the drive. I sure hope he never got reprimanded for that.
I only took a star off in atmosphere because I don’t like country music and that is all they play in the dining area. :) please try their chicken and meet their crew. You’re bound to like at...

Will not eat here until the combo meals are restored. I understand things get more expensive, but to take away and charge extra for drinks is not the way to go. Please fix this for your loyal customers
Original Review which will be restored when the issue is fixed:
Five Stars
Gotta say, I've loved this place since it opened. I actually ate at the original location weekly before they opened one in my own backyard. So, I knew what to expect and they delivered.
The workers are clean, polite, fast and darn good at their jobs. The atmosphere is comfortable and there is even a bench to sit while you wait for carry out.
Admittedly, the chicken is a bit stringy occasionally, but it's always hot and flavorful. The breading is really unique and doesn't just crumble off. The crown jewel of the place is the bread. Sometimes I just buy the bread. It's crispy and just enough garlic. Couldn't eat there without it. Also worth noting is the Tender sauce, which is ranch based but unlike any other sauces.
I know 5 stars is a lot, but they...
