Business practice verses high quality Product!

High quality start with the product, but do not end there.

I run into this very high quality products and i was trilled. I figure out the website and find great varieties of wonderful Products. No question, the price is also trilled but it is worth,...... I made up my mind, understand and accept that. No Problem I'll step back for other things instead. At my first Order i spent " good money" and i do not regret that. It was easy to pay and I used my International Credit Card. It was worth every penny - i had Caramel Candies for a Year! I definitely will fill up when i run out of those wonderful Caramels. As I get on the website to place the order. It socks!! my Credit card was confirmed but somehow i couldn't get it done. After 6 or 7 times i called the office and a very nice lady instructed me to do the order together. We were not able to place the order. She checked back with her Boss and told me that they do not accept my international Credit Card. She honestly try to figure out how to help me.

We could not find a way and she offered me to receive a call back from a Person (maybe a Manager) who can fix that. Nobody called and two days later i called again. I offered them to do a money Order or write a personal check. I was told that this is not acceptable. The only way to place the Order was to buy a prepaid Visa Card (witch is not free).My impression was they are not willing to sell me this products and that I'm really very pushy. I was not sadisfied with this very tied option. Again they offered me a call back, because the manager left already the office. Nobody called back. After two days i called the office - to get it out of the way. I was told that the Gentlemen is on vacation and is not available. As I try to express my Opinion the Lady did not let me finish and hang up on me. I try to call back and she did not pick up the phone. This has nothing to do with Customer service!!

The way they do business is discussing, dishonest and deplorable. It is important to make up the mind if you are in the business of selling chocolate or in the business of not wanting to sell chocolate to Customer who are trowing money at them. Fact is: they are not selling products that are life saving like: Bread, Meet, Vegetables and Fruits or Water. Everybody is able to survive without Chocolate or Honey Candis. These are luxury products in a way. My understandig of the name Quenn Bee Gardens does not imply that the Company are sitting on a higher level (like a Queen) and treat Customers this way. This Name indicates at least more responsibility as the Bees who deliver dayly what they need to make the products. In Fact they have not understood or understood and ignored the moral background of the product. We'll find a product...

If you are considering opening a wholesale account with these guys, BUYER BEWARE! I have been buying there chocolates for some time now and I have received two orders that were melted. Usually I am very forgiving when small companies are learning their way but when they are so unprofessional that they cost me money, I am forced to speak up. The first order was damaged but the boxes were back stock and not checked right away. Once we discovered the damage we informed our rep, she informed me of the policy, I simply asked them to believe me that we did not purposely melt our product and that there is no way for the product to melt in our store, we are a winery! They simply refused to address this and in effect accused me of lying. I just wrote it off and continued on. The second order came in just before Thanksgiving, we did have a heat wave that week and they did not prepare the shipment so there was once again a lot of damage. I sent the info in to my rep immediately and she just ignored it forcing me to reach out multiple times. I asked for the producers contact info but before I could draft a message I received a note from one of the owners. She informed me that they were sending replacement chocolates and that they were going to part ways with us!

Just wierd! They obviously have no idea how to conduct business and see us as unfaithful and just liars, which hurts as I am a hard working business owner. They never addressed the original damaged order, they have just ignored my loss.

Response to Owner; Admitting fault is important to proceed with any conflict resolution. I understand that it is my fault that your chocolates melted and it is again my fault that I was ignored by my representative due to the lack of response by her supervisor, as she stated. I just don't learn, as I order a second shipment and it is my fault that that order melted and then ignored again after letting my representative know within the 48 hours. OK, I take the blame for doing business with your company and I am truly sorry...

An absolute must see in Lovell, Wyoming. Their honey caramels are legendary and for great reason. But they’re not even my favorite part! Their chocolate truffles are literally life changing. I have loved every flavor I’ve tried but the ‘Grandmas Fudge’ and ‘Dark mint’ are my absolute favorites. A little on the pricier end but they’re made with high quality ingredients, and just trust me: they’re worth it. Make sure you try some of their whipped honey too, it’s another one I don’t know how I lived without. They have flavors from Huckleberry to Caramel and they’re all amazing. If you ask the employee, they will let you sample them too. They also sell good old regular honey, but it’s not the store bought garbage, no their honey is locally sourced raw and unfiltered and is better than any honey you’ve tasted. They also make energy bars, honey sticks (of every flavor), chocolate bars and waxes. Everything I’ve tried is amazing. The only downside is they close at 4:30 pm so visitors make sure you stop in...
