Broadway Pizza — Restaurant in Lowell

I called and placed an order for delivery. The first thing I said was Large Mushroom Pizza, then house salad with balsamic on the side and lastly large Bacon, Egg and American cheese sub. He gives me the price which is kind of low for what I ordered but they don't put the prices on the menu so I really couldn't tell. It gets here the delivery guy is holding a pizza bag he hands me the salad I look at the slip and say "the pizza isn't on here?" He says its in the bag. So he takes out the sub and gives it to me I ask about the pizza he says I don't have pizza and its not on the slip and I said I know I told you that and you told me it was in the bag. I take the order and the salad comes with pita bread that was hard as a rock, the sub was a steak, egg, and cheese which is not what I ordered and it was gross! I called and asked for the owner Steve he wasn't there asked for the manager there is none says call back tomorrow. I just called back for Steve again he is not there call early in the morning. We used to order from here all the time. We will not be ordering again from here with prices going up outrageously you would think the food would be...

I order 2x a week on average and after tonight I will not order from here again- Broadway delivered me a pizza that was cold and I live less than 3 min away. Not only that but I called back and they said they were busy and asked if I lived far away. I provided my address and reiterated its less than 3 min. They again stated they were busy not even apologizing for the inconvenience- I was so shocked that I asked specifically so does that mean you expect me to pay for a cold pizza and won’t replace it - and the answer was again I’m very busy tonight. So needless to say they lost a great customer and on top of that I will tell everyone I know who eats there. I work in customer service and sales and I would never treat a potential customer this way never mind a loyal customer. Marist women's lacrosse recently traveled to play at UMass Lowell, and we did a grab and go tailgate with subs from Broadway Pizza. Not only were the owners incredibly accommodating and communicated well with our team coordinators, they ensure that the almost 50 sandwich order that we had was custom-made for each member of the team, the coaching staff, and the bus driver. The feedback from the team was very positive, as everyone spoke highly of the food quality and their orders were designed specifically for each person.
