Burger King — Restaurant in Lowell

Place is HORRIBLE. DO NOT GO HERE. AVOID AT ALL COST. we took my kids here as a special treat. My husband's chicken sandwich was completely raw on the inside. Basically cooked only enough to appear edible. We were pleasant about it. Asked for our meal to be credited. Obviously didn't want anything else from here. Supervisor on couldn't do that. Called the manager. Offer $20 cash right from the register no documentation at all. Feeling like it was trying to be swept under the rug. Calling corporate as he could get very sick from eating raw chicken! And this business had no regard for hos health and well being. And I'm am not able to attach the photos we took of the sandwich to this review. We do have several for proof. We ended up leaving. Only drinking our drinks and went to another restaurant. I went there Thursday evening around 6pm the drive thru was busy so I went in as I was ju getting chicken nuggets. Well this is the third time I’ve encountered this guy. I paid for my nuggets he took my change out of the draw closes the drawer and says “did you want your change back?” As it’s in his hand and the drawer is closed. He’s tried 3 different times to keep my change. I know Burger King does not accept tips and this one particular kid is trying to keep peoples money. Hopefully they do something about it because it’s not right. Like if I wanted to tip I’d expect them to give me my change then I’d tip accordingly but he holds your money and asks you if you want your change. Every time I have a memorable experience I write a review. The super rude "drive thru attendant" made this one memorable for sure! From the start...."what do you want.". When I ordered a cheeseburger with only ketchup and pickles, she wrote "lettuce only" so I politely told her no lettuce please, and her reply was "it doesn't come with lettuce " (in a very rude tone, just like the tone every other word was spoken in.). I have never ever went to a restaraunt and disrespected a worker or even a customer at my own job. Never bring your problems to work, it's not fair to anyone. No this store was not even remotely busy. 2 cars. I could hear her treating the car behind me with the same "respect". Seriously made my whole experience terrible. I treated her with nothing but respect.
