Hardee’s — Restaurant in Lowell

So we had just gotten off the airplane from being in Jamaica for an entire week with awesome service. This was our first stop. Of course we know they are not out of the country anywhere. So we wanted some chicken and a burger. We place our order. I was very specific with my tea because I order tea with three lemons wherever I go. If there are no lemons, I don't want the tea. Anyway, we made two orders get to the window to pay. Gave the money. I check my drink because that's what was handed to us first. I see one lemon. I asked for three limits. I reply okay. The young lady said. As she takes the second payment for the second order. Give the drink for the second order and ask to pull up. At this point we pull up. Not sure what's to hold up but we pull up. So then our food was brought to us with cold fries. Literally we waited for food just to have cold food. On top of that, the condiments and the lemons that were asked for we're not given. So we sit there and we wait for the lemons and a the condiments. The young lady comes back outside and says can we pull up? Yes, once we received the limited condiment that was asked for. Others had to pull around. If you would have given me fresh fries and maybe chicken that wasn't cooked yesterday, I probably would have pulled off because that would have made the wait worth it but it wasn't. All of it was terrible. But we were too tired to turn back since we had just flown for hours to get back into the country and went through customs for hours. Thanks for the horrible welcome back...

As far as this place to no I wouldn't go I ordered 2 BIG hot ham and cheese I live an hour away. I didn't have time to check my order of course and I get home and called them.. McDonald's usually is the one that screws it up. But anyway I get home and I got this little small ham and cheese that might have had two slices. I called back and the manager, sheI apologized of course and I told her about how they couldn't hear me cuz the microphones were broke and so the girl couldn't get the order right and then she couldn't even tell me a total because she couldn't hear me. So I drove straight up to the window land she said now what did you order? I said what use was it for me to try to give it at the window. So anyway, the manager ,said she'd replace them next time I come down there. So I'm sorry but with something like that should not be running the window if they can't hear you.. . It asked what food you would recommend. Any other time. I would say hot ham and cheese biggie but there was no help. There was one cook. The little girl in the window was a trainee and the manager and she was trying to help and at the same time trying to train the girl so I don't know about the speaker. But I know that if you're right there or trying to get your order and we can sit there 20 minutes trying to get her to hear you. No I just pulled up and went straight...

It looked like an embarrassing moment for the workers when I walked in. Food hanging out of an employees mouth and giggling on the way to the dining room. Only to finish the food in the employees mouth then the same person to take my order. While waiting a reasonable time, I observed 2 disposable tubs being used to hold single servings of ham and cheese. While being handled, a bun is opened at a prep table. The 2 tubs were stacked, and the worker in the back, had to separate something that was sticking to the bottom of the top tub. The meat and cheese were flipped out to the bun and the sandwich was placed into a blast warmer (really a Microwave). When the sandwich was done, the same worker that took my order, scooped the fries that didn't appear fresh at all, into a fry container, all while I didn't see the employee wash their hands after I saw the employee eating. My "Big Hot Ham" sandwich wasn't hot at all. In fact, the outer edges of the sandwich were barely warm, but the full sandwich was cold. Fries, surprisingly, weren't cold or soggy, but it was clear they were far from fresh. I had the food in the parking lot before leaving. I could have gone back in the store then, but you would not likely hear this situation ever occurred. $10.69 I could have spent at...
