Heng Heng Asian Fast Food — Restaurant in Lowell

The old owners was way better . There food is old and disgusting, I found hair in my Noodles . There egg roll is never fresh and taste like microwave cardboard . I repeat if your looking for tasteless food come here . I wish the old owners still run this place :(…………. .. The new owner is way to cheap they resell what they don’t sell the day before you can tell by just looking at it’s literally weeks old .

P.S the pictures on googles is from the previous owners , which was way more better and fresh . The new owners are tooo cheap don’t eat you will get sick. Can’t believe I found a hair on my soup

One way you can find out look at the egg rolls they look like it’s been sitting on here for nearly 2 weeks mark my words...

Worst worst worst worst customer service ever!!!!!!!!! The cashier is so rude she started barking at me because I ask her a question???? I never experience customer service like this ever!!! For me I always have positive thoughts even if there bad!! But not here At Heng Heng fast restaurant in lowell Ma!!!! This lady need to stop servicing people!!!! She needs help!!!! So sad that I have to give them 1 star just post there service they don’t deserve any type of stars!!!!! Really really...

They're always so friendly and accommodating , even with over the phone or when I walk in. I love that you can pre-order to pick up. The only downside is parking when its swamped in that area. Other than that, they're my go to for my beef sticks from now on. It's always cooked to perfection, prefectly seasoned, and consistent....
