Mill City Pizza — Restaurant in Lowell

This place used to be good. I am not going to lie, we ordered last night and didnt have a problem. The thing is, we normally get delivery and do not have an inside view the majority of the time. Until today that is...

I placed an order to pickup on the way home from work. The girl was friendly enough. When I got there, I paid and waited patiently for my food. There was a family sitting down eating. I thought it was taking a longer than normal time considering we only orderd a sub but kept waiting.

So after hearing the girl behind the counter ask where my sandwhich was, she proceeded to walk into the lobby, grab a sub from the family sitting down eating, take it behind the counter and have it wrapped up to hand to me.

Please be aware, I am currently going through treatment for Cancer and can not afford to get sick. I do not know if that family touched my sub, is sick etc. And refused the sub. The female worker told me "it's fine just look at it" Like you can see germs.

Needless to say I demanded a refund and will not be ordering here again.

Do what you will with this information, but keep in mind if this is what they did in front of a customer, imagine what goes on when no one is looking and seriously wonder what else they are handing over that might be contaminated or touched by other patrons.

Ordered 3 items this evening. My sandwich was excellent. My girl ordered 2 slices of pepperoni pizza and her daughter ordered a small wings. When the order arrived the wings were BURNT and they forgot the 2 slices of pizza. No big deal. We called the delivery driver back and advised he forgot the pizza. He stated he would be back in 5 to 10 minutes with it and he would "set it down" on the porch area. When I retrieved the pizza it was ice cold and cheese, not pepperoni as ordered. We then called the Restaurant and I use that term loosely. They stated they would bring us a new order of wings and pizza, again I enjoyed my sandwich. Someone from the Restaurant called back and stated they wanted the wings back after we already told another employee that our daughter was hungry and already ate the wings. All we wanted was 2 fresh pieces of pepperoni pizza. We then called back and stated to just keep the pizza and were then RUDELY hung up on. Lost our business and I'll make sure to tell as many people on social media how you treat your "regulars". As a matter of fact this post will be my next Facebook, Twitter and Instagram status. Again my sandwich was great but the rest of the experience was PI@S POOR! Customer service S@cks! Rude and extremely uneducated on how to treat...

So the hubs and I were exhausted last night and decided to order. We placed thru doordash.

We have ordered from here before and my food is usually wrong. But they had what the hubs wanted so I figured I'll get a Greek salad. Nice and basic. It's listed in the salads menu. Pepperchini, olives, the whole nine.

Tell me how I got a garden salad, swimming in feta cheese. I did not want a garden salad with giant chunks of carrots. I did not want my salad being a salt lick because the feta blanketed every crevice of lettuce.

For an order I paid $67 dollars for, to say I went to sleep hungry and was highly angry is putting it mildly.

And no, I didn't bother with door dash. We have had so many things wrong from here they wouldn't give my full price for the salad back.

So hungry, and out my money. I highly suggest that if you do get food from here, you pick it up and check before you leave. It doesn't seem that delivery customers matter. Personally I am never ordering...
