Good day! I wanted to really thank your department!!!!!! I emailed you for my company UTEC on Warren Street. There had been a grate just past 15 Warren Street that had one end sticking up at least an inch or so and you replaced it in about a week! Also, we had quite a big crack in the sidewalk between two of our buildings 35 and 17 Warren that was endangering our clients and staff. This was also fixed quickly!! Your amazing response is so appreciated and it is wonderful to know that your department is so responsive! A huge thank you from UTEC!!!!!

Today 1/5/2021. I called DPW Lowell I was told to by the trash guy who destroyed my recycling bin. Very nice lady answered and put my call to the right dept. Got to talk to CHRIS for about 5 seconds and he hung up on me explaining why I called. Called back same nice lady answered sent me back to CHRIS he answered and put me on voice mail. All the money were charged in taxes in Lowell and have to deal with a lazy city worker because he doesn’t want to do his job and no one is going to do...

Bought a fixer upper home last year. Spent a lot of time, effort, money and help to bring it to a respectable home, however the sidewalk was in very poor condition. I asked to be put on the list for sidewalk repairs via their Web site. I got a written response via my email letting me know they received my request and the came within months to repave my side walk in a friendly, fast and through job! It looks great and is safe!
