I want to be brutally honest and say this place is absolutely amazing. Not saying this just because it's my local pizza shop, but I can say I've been to many all over and I never been as satisfied as I am with Spartans. First off with the family owned buisness and the staff that they have hired. Everyone with a smile on their face not only with the coustumers but how they act with each other as a team. Food is always spot on and I can't remember when I was ever disappointed. I've eaten here for many many years probably 5 days a week. I can really vouch for anything with buffalo chicken in it! 10 out of 10 taste wise with their fresh chicken all the way from the chicken to the premium quality bread! Quantities are always more then the other pizza shops hands down. You need a place to sit with the family or even solo this is the spot with new booths and tables. Best Fried Haddock Dinner (Fish & Chips) in Lowell. This place is underrated for it's fried Haddock Dinner. You can also get the fish and chips, which is almost just as good. I just prefer having the whole fish fillet presented in front of you. The fish is always fresh and the batter is light, which emphasizes the taste of the fresh fish. Unlike most places, they don't ask what sides you would like. Instead they hit you with everything you could ask for with a fish and chips. They give you the classic coleslaw, lemon wedge, french fries, home-made tartar sauce (which is delicious) and a few packets of ketchup. Covering all the American Fish and Chips Basics/Needs. I wanted to try this place and decided to order something simple. I like to see how the atmosphere is before I spend more money. The food I had was good and made well. The only thing was the service. There was one young lady in the front and a young man near a computer. The young man seemed to be trying to operate the computer at the time.

When I entered I gazed at the menu for some time and as I approached the counter there was no greeting nor was there one when I entered the establishment. I felt I had to get the attention of someone instead of feeling invited.

However, a few minutes later a white man started approaching the counter and was welcomed immediately. Seemed a bit odd to me.

For my people of color, you deserve better customer service. Be careful...
