Marshalls — Local services in Lowell

I went to this location on Black Friday and it was pretty busy they did have a lot of cool stuff and I ended up scoring on some great deals but my only beef with the store and location is surprisingly not how busy it was but more so how unorganized the place was a mess and things were in locations that it shouldn't have been in definitely made things confusing for example they had signs up for the Black Friday deals that said the whole rack was 16.99 and despite that with the sign and there being several Adidas sweatshirts on that rack I was told that it was not that and that I had to pay the original price of 25 and the same goes with a pair of Tommy Hilfiger joggers that I wanted to get for my wife it said they were 15 on the rack and at the register they told me I needed to pay 19 and we're talking about basically pennies but still they were on the wrong rocks and it needed confusing and when I'm on a budget it definitely doesn't help the calculation I made originally and things should definitely be a little more organized but besides that I got some great deals and some pool close all in all I had a great shop trip but if I could choose next time I would go to the Assembly Square one I give that...

I would like to thank the polite and extremely efficient staff at the Plain Street Lowell Marshall’s for a great shopping experience during a pandemic two nights before Christmas. My wife and I went to grab some last minute gifts today (December 23rd 2020 around 4:30/5:00) and when we found the line literally wrapped around the store all the way back to the kids toy section we thought we were going to be there for a while. This was ok with us as we had a late lunch and knew what we were in for shopping two nights before Christmas. 15 minutes later we were heading back to our car with our two bags and fully checked out. This was all done with a great customer experience to boot! When we walked in we were greeted with an employee who asked if we wanted a cart and after we said yes, graciously wiped down a cart. This man was very friendly and pleasant. His exceptional attitude started us off on the right foot. The front of store cashiers were wiping down the counters between each transaction. This places is outdated and it doesn’t have that much good clothes or shoes. They have whatever you’re looking for but they don’t have a lot of name brand items like Nike Adidas Vans or anything you would see at Zumiez or Footlocker. The service is good those, very polite and kind people, if you’re having a good day they’re having a good day too. But in my opinion this place is really outdated and I recommend a major upgrade for better sells but the process of doing so would take years probably when they have contracts out for name brand companies. hopefully one day They’d come up with more name brand clothes and shoes, that would impact the customers a lot and I’d come over there everyday to look for Jordan’s or Nikes or others shoes. Oh and plus they have good finds, not good stuff but good finds for home improvements like chairs tables and candles and statues or something that can decorate your house.
