The stars for this may be a bit deceiving. I gave 4 stars for food, however, they don’t serve food. 😅However, my wife and I really enjoyed the fact that it is BYOF…bring your own food. We brought some snacks to enjoy with our drinks, however, we actually saw the guy from the nearby pizza shop make several deliveries, on foot, directly into the distillery. Drinks were pretty good…but, TBH, I’m more of a beer guy than a spirits fan. My wife is the opposite…but very “girly” drinks…not just straight alcohol. She said the drinks were good, but not tops of ones she’s had locally lately. A friend and I visited this place for the first time- lived here for many many years and never knew this little gem was hiding here! Easy to find w plenty of parking. It does have more than one location as we were a little confused haha You can sit out front at a table and chairs or sit indoors! Many interesting drinks and very delicious! Caramel bourbon was especially tasty!! Prices were about $5 for one beer and about $8 for the cocktails drinks. Midstate Distillery is the best for true craft cocktails. A craft cocktail is only as good as the ingredients that are used to make it. The bartenders here always come up with the most clever ideas for the weekly specials and the ingredients used are always fresh! I've been to lots of other bars and distilleries but I keep coming back to Midstate! Best of all you can bring your own food! We just celebrated a friend's birthday on Sunday.
