I went in this morning when they first opened and asked if they had .4 ohm coils for the Cleito tank. I needed the 40-60 watt and he tries to push the 55-65 watt on me. He then pulls out one of the actual coils I needed and rudely throws it on the counter. I then asked for a five pack so he checks in the back and says he has no FULL five packs. Then I ask how much would five seperate be and he snapped and said I told you Im out! Maybe it was my wording and he didnt understand me but if youre going to run a store atleast have patience and common sense with customers. Their products are mediocre and the prices are jacked up. So my wife and i have spent 1,200 the past month and a half at blue door on products and when she tried to make an exchange for a different mod, the mod she got was an rx200s the mod goes completely dead in 2 hrs with 3 fully charged batteries and after an hour and a half use says no atomizer . She has the mini and has no issues, so its obviously the mod. Anyways she just tried to exchange it this evening and he told her to carry around 12 batteries or to sell it on fb auction that there is nothing he can do for her even though she just bought it 4 days ago and brought her receipt. She didnt want her money back, just to exchange the mod . I recommend to spend the money online through vape wild. Youll spend half the price, and if there is any issues they fix them. Whenever I go here I am very cautious about how my encounter will be. I noticed that the certain staff as if they know everything there is about vaping in a very cocky type of way. Almost as if people that are just beginning are not worthy enough for certain equipment or products. I also have had issues with merchandise I have purchased there.
