Put aside any hesitation over small town, small Asian places. Lee's was already good prior to recent (2023) change in ownership. Good news: It is even better now. Favorites: Any curry shrimp dish (traditional yellow, Thai red or green). Shrimp lo mein. Beef broccoli. Shrimp broccoli. Hot and Sour soup (amazing). Basil scallops. Chicken broccoli. Beef lo mein. Many great entrees. Shrimp dishes outstanding! The shrimp are quite large (!!). Had green curry shrimp today -- definitely improved from a year or two ago (when it was already quite good). Better tasting sauce, better veggies. My overall rating 4.7. Update 7-27-24: Recently had red curry beef. Red curry is likewise improved under new owners. Read moreMr. Lee's has always been delicious! They totally missed the mark on everything we ordered tonight. The crispy shredded beef was mush and we couldn't find meat in the fried mush... the potstickers were tasteless... the spareribs dry... What a disappointment!
Follow up to my review: Mr. Lee's is under new ownership. The new owner reached out to me to discuss our disappointment in the meals we purchased. She had them recooked for us today. They tasted better than Friday. However, it does seem as though they are using a new recipe for the crispy shredded beef. While it was better than Friday, it wasn't the same as we have ordered before the new ownership took over. We will give definitely give Mr. Lee's another try but order...
