McDonald's — Restaurant in Lower Merion Township

Was DoorDashing in the area and accepted a pickup order from this McDonald’s. Waited 20+ minutes after being told to park, other drivers receiving their orders. I walk up to the window and a despicable young woman was berating the older woman running the drive-thru, outright refusing to complete the order and telling the older woman to do it herself. She was cussing this woman out, even taking shots at the number of teeth in her mouth. Completely uncalled for degenerate behavior. Absolutely disrespectful and disheartening that a young person would speak to an elder the way she did, never mind the fact that she sees me standing there and is still defiant about completing the order that she obviously forgot about and wouldn’t take accountability. Completely indifferent to all of the time I’m not getting paid for, and how long it’s going to get the customer their meal. I was in Bryn Mawr, but have gotten better service from the McDonald’s in Kensington. Talk about irony. Where are the standards and why is this young woman even employed? I’m a delivery driver and although I know it’s not the most respected thing by restaurants at the end of the day we’re all workers I work my normal job and then do this after work until 2 A.m. to save For a business I am trying to open. I’m not a huge review type person but honestly reading the other reviews. It seems like this McDonald’s is a problem. I pull up and I do not hear anything through the drive-through. So I check online just to make sure they’re open and after a few cars pulled up I decided to just pull up and lo and behold. Their drive-through speaker is not working. I understand they’re probably incredibly busy, but it can’t take any more than a few seconds to throw a sign up saying drive-through speaker is broken. It cost nothing to Do your job correctly, In fact, it could probably make you money. I’ve worked fast food, especially their drive-through before so I won’t make a comment on the establishment but the one thing I do know is that it’s usually pretty easy to rise up in the ranks If you just do what you’re supposed to do. food...

I usually have a good experience at this McDonald's so I go out of my way to go here but today I got a spicy crispy chicken sandwich that was dry as a desert. The bun, the spicy sauce, pickles, and added bacon were fine but the actual chicken was dried out inside like it has sat in a warmer until there was no longer any moister left in it. I've worked in food service for years but I don't know the process McDonald's uses to make this sandwich. I do know that every other time I've purchased this it hasn't come out like this and has been fairly consistent. I'd also like to point out that this isn't some cosmetic issue of getting the wrong sauce or a missing ingredient. This is actually disgusting and what I was served wasn't fit for human consumption. I don't like to make complaints and overall the service and appearance of this location usually stands out from other locations but I don't think I'll be returning as I'm already skeptical about eating McDonald's anyway and that this wasn't just some small mistake but a gross disregard for...
