Were do I begin! I have restaurants that I believe are good to very good. I thought this restaurant was exceptional! So Let’s Dish! Customer Service was patient and informative as this was our first time in a West African restaurant. He did everything with a generous smile. The place where they were cooking was clean and organized. Now the food, clean, wonderful spices, and plentiful! The vegetables tasted like they were made in heaven! The plantains were a perfect sweet but not too sweet balance. Rice cooked perfectly. And my friend ate all the cornbread 😱. I can’t wait to go try everything on the menu. The steak was slightly over cooked but the seasoning was on point. Run don’t walk to this place!

I was pleasantly surprised to see a West African Restaurant on City Line Ave. I was not surprised that their food was ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS!!! Before I walked around the corner, I could feel the aroma wafting through the breeze as if it had my nose targeted. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted with the most beautiful smile. The menu was right there on the wall and I paid hard earned money for high quality food! I've been back 3 times already and tomorrow will be the forth!

Tonight 3/20/25 I had to throw out an entire order of the Egosi soup in the trash. The 2 little scraps of beef tasted like rotten meat I mean it actually tasted and smelled rotten the second piece was pure fat. The turkey was burned like it's been sitting at the bottom of the pot unmoved for God only knows how long. The red oil was so heavy until it overpowered the egosi, Gross. The entire thing lacked flavor from the beginning wich is funny because the last time I had it it was pretty good. Listen Suya suya if you want to be a chain of restaurants you can't treat the customer like this, thinking you can hide rotten and burned meat inside egosi soup. Your lucky I didn't consume this...

My ticket # was 34, I came approximately at 8:21 p.m. I ordered one chicken Suya bowl, jollof rice, cornbread, and another side of jollof rice. I was very disappointed that not only did I get a small portion of chicken which is normal there, but this time it was no suya seasoning on it, (the peanuts & spices) which is the whole point of ordering the suya chicken. ☹️ It was hardly no seasoning, and fatty. I would like to say, I met the owner once in the past & he is very nice & personable. Sorry to say, tonights order is very disappointing. Can anyone recommend another West African Restaurant that makes suya chicken & good...
