Decided to take a beautiful Sunday afternoon to take in the gardens. Was one of the best decisions made, and quite frankly, cannot wait to take in the gardens during high blooming season. June in the gardens brought a wonderful solitude. Enjoyed the teaching moments stacked right next to one another, roses of various hues, but with newer hybrids placed next to varieties of long vintage.... the experience is intoxicating. Walking down to the Tea House, hearing the babbling brook and imagining having a good tea with a friend would be just a moment to remember. All of this beauty and literally less than a block and 1/2 from City Avenue. Just a wonderful, wonderful experience. And....it's free!! I'll have to return Thursday - Saturday to see the newly...
