This was the worst experience I've ever had at a Wendy's. If I could give minus stars, I would. I will be calling corporate tomorrow. This morning I ordered breakfast on my app. I arrived at Wendy's at 648 am and noticed there were no cars in the parking lot. I went to the drive thru and the box was black so I drove to to the drive thru window and could see the restaurant was dark. I drove around to the front and could see the inside was dark and saw no employees. I started to think that maybe I ordered from a Wendy's that didn't open that early so I drove back to the drive thru window and saw that indeed they should have been open at 630 am. I drove around to the front again and noticed at 650 am a white Cherokee pulling into the parking lot. I saw a young lady come out the jeep and walk past my car and she asked me "can I help you? ". I responded "are you open? I have a mobile order". She stated that they'd be open in a few minutes so I drove back around to the drive thru window. I noticed the young lady turning on the computer and stuff at the drive thru. I set there for a few minutes then she came to the window and said "we don't have any biscuits. Do you want muffins or crossaints instead?". I'm thinking how do you not have biscuits when you literally just opened? So in an effort to be patient and understanding, I said muffins. She then asked me to pull up from drive thru and she would bring me the food out even though there were no other cars in line. My guess was that when I'm sitting at the window, there is a timer for how long I'm there. I moved up and waited and waited and waited. At 721 am, I got tired of waiting as now I've been there for over 30 minutes waiting for 7 supposed to be biscuit sandwiches but were going to be muffins and an order of large wedges. My patience had waned thin and now I'm just annoyed. I placed this order at 642 am but the store didn't confirm it until 659 am (because they didn't open on time) and now it's 721 am and still no food! I drove back around to the drive thru window that was wide open and no one there which is a safety issue but I finally saw someone walking past so I got her attention. I mentioned that I've been there for 30 minutes and wanted to cancel my order. This young lady looked confused and repeated what I said to someone that couldn't see. She then responded that the other worker would talk to me. A few seconds later the original employee walks over to the window and hands me 2 bags of food then walks away. Just walks away. I didn't get a "I'm sorry for the inconvenience that we caused this morning" or "thank you for being patience" or any kind of response or greeting. Just handled me the bags and walked away. This was a horrible customer experience and I'm definitely a detractor.

Read moreMobile ordered around 11pm, pulled into the drive thru and waited for 40 minutes while they very slowly took orders. Mildly frustrating but the line was long and it was late so we were patient. We finally get to the speaker and let them know the name for the order, but the girl working had a really hard time understanding us. we pulled to the window, and she was still having a hard time understanding. After narrowing it down to just searching for the first initial of the name, she pulled a bag off the counter right next to her. She handed it to us and told us to have a good night. We pulled to the front to check the bag, multiple missing items, and wrong drinks. We quickly pull back into the drive thru which takes another 15 minutes with only one car ahead of us. We could hear the other car also having communication issues. We get to window and try to explain what we’re missing and the poor girl seemed so confused. A man pushed her out of the way after yelling at her for doing things wrong, and begins to rudely ask us how long ago we came through and that we were given two bags of food. We tried to explain we JUST came through, and did not receive two bags. It took another 5 minutes just to prove we were missing items. Read moreTonight I meet with my brother and while driving home saw Wendy's. We stopped and ordered two bacconator combo. The drive through customer service was bad, i explained that soda was flat they changed it for another flat soda and told me that I was wrong that "soda is fine" with an attitude. The Bacconator burger was good but the bacconator fries were horrible (First time to get the fries like this), the cheese was water down and the fries were not fresh. I ate 1/4 of fries and looked over at my brother and asked him how he could eat something so bad. When he looked over he explained that is not what it is suppose to look or state like. We ended up driving to another Wendy's he got his fries somewhere else, the cheese looked thick. I didn't even taste it my experience was already ruined. A few hour after eating stomach problems and diarrhea. Will never buy here again.
