This place has been completely transformed from what it was years ago. The bartenders, waitresses and waiters really take this place to the next level. (In any resturant they can really make or break your experience and they all definitely put it on another level by being personable and professional.)
The food is much better than your typical "bar" food. I would recommend the ahi tuna bites, pork sliders (specials), truffle fries or beet salad, if you want to be healthy for apps. For the main dish you have to try the pot roast, pork chop or any of the smoked sandwiches whether it is the ribeye, pulled pork or prime rib, heck who are we kidding any type of meat smoked is great. Don't forget the bartenders also make a great smoked old fashion or make their life easy and try one of their beers that they have on tap.
This place is also great for large parties too whether it is for an entire sports team of kids after a game or a large party with family or friends. They have plenty of room that is semi private and without the feeling of being crammed in. The outdoor area is a huge plus, especially on Friday or Saturday when the local bands play. You get a perfect view of the them performing on stage while enjoying great food and drinks.
If you’re looking for a spot that’s got great food, great people, and a great vibe, this is it. Definitely worth...
Read moreLovely atmosphere and staff!! Hostess was a sweetheart young lady and Bartender on patio last evening 6/2/23 was attentive and on point! She never missed a beat with customers at the bar!! Great service from her! Menu prices typical of what’s to be expected today., maybe even more reasonable. The OMG moment was price of cocktails!! $14 for a Margarita and $10 for a single Bacardi cran/pineapple…. One round $24! Group of 20+ of us who met for happy hour but sadly didn’t stay long because most preferred not to spend that kind of money on drinks. Honestly, you could get an order of boneless wings and other menu items cheaper than the Margarita!! I hope they will make a price adjustment on cocktails, considering these prices are well beyond profit margins! But, maybe it’s to discourage overconsumption?? Well no problem with that with those prices. Sadly, most people I spoke with on patio discussed their dissatisfaction with the cost of drinks/beer. Hopefully they make adjustments to the cost of cocktails because it’s a great atmosphere! I mean no disrespect on this review, just honest opinion on what customers were discussing last night. Beautiful place though and great...
Read moreWe have been waiting to stop in to check out the new(old) place and boy were we disappointed. The menu is very limited and the prices are outrageously high. Was hoping to try a good cheesesteak and was disappointed to find that this was not on the regular menu. I did notice that it just happened to be on the special list for the day so I tried it. Was I disappointed. The sandwich tasted very odd as if the seasoning was off. Certainly not worth the price charged ($16 and that was the special). My wife wanted French onion soup which they had none of. Actually they had no soups at all. $16 hamburgers? Come on!!! Did not stop into the bar which hardly had anyone in it so can not review the bar. Right after an Eagles game and only 4-5 people in the bar? Very disappointed in this experience. Was not worth the wait or hype. They better revamp the the menu and get the prices in sync with the local competition or they will not do very well in our area and will not last very long on that corner like the others before them. Get a good cheesesteak and FO soup on the menu and get the prices out of the ridicules zone add back...
