Carfagno’s Pizzeria & Grille — Restaurant in Lower Providence Township

I went there for the first time for "Spirit Night" for my son's 5th grade school. We ordered a couple of slices for eating inside as well as ordering take out for the rest of the family back at our house.

Our waitress looked to be a bit on the young side, so I'll guess she was a family member of the owners, but I do not know that for a fact. Considering there was not that many people there, I feel that the waitress and a lady (who may have been an owner) could have been a little more attentive to us, as I needed a refill of my drink at one point.

I tried a slice of the "sweeter" version of pizza that the have & I really liked it. Generally the staff was friendly and I would not mind returning in the future.

I will say I was not impressed with the garlic knots in our take out order. I took a few bites and decided the bread was not light enough and not seasoned through and through. I admit that may be a question of...

I was about to write a bad review but the delivery driver made it ok even after waiting for awhile. I know he's a straight up guy and believe what he Said my order got messed up and he really went out of his way to fix it when the girl at the front desk seemed not to care. I'm not sure how long she's been working there so I'm not gonna say what I was going to say earlier. Just slow down. Make sure you double check yourself. Be PROFESSIONAL. Especially when someone comes in to get food. Ask them if they'd like to dine in instead of your normal line "to go" trust me when guests eat in youll make more money for the restaurant and yourself. If you can't improve with those simple suggestions then maybe the restaurant business isn't 4 u and that's OK. But I think you'll be fine. Please don't think im trying to say your a bad employee. The only reason I'm leaving 2 stars is because they do have very good customer service. Unfortunately my experience with the food was not good. I understand they are extremely busy on a Friday night but I worked in restaurants and you should still make every meal as if they were your only customer. My husband ordered a cheesesteak, it was so soggy and greased out he didn't even eat it. Our fried pickles still had raw batter on them, they were not cooked fully, all my kids had different amounts of chicken fingers in their meals(3 kids meals) and did not get drinks with them even know their menu online says drinks included and the brushetta was just not to our liking, big and chunky and not much flavor.
