Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Lower Salford Township

Sadly I will never again order pizza from this location. I have two young children who love pizza and its unbelievable that any pizza place would have an hour and a half wait FOR PICK UP! We tried delivery a few times with this location. FYI - I could walk to this location in 15 minutes - and I call when it says my pizza has been ready and finished for 15 minutes, and they tell me it is out for delivery. 45 minutes later we got the pizzas and food. Cold as can be. That was awful experience #1. Awful experience #2 - We were about an hour away, on our way home to meet with extended family at our place. I ordered pizzas to pick up on the way home. I get there AN HOUR LATER, and they are NOT EVEN MADE YET. So I ask when I will get them and the answer was "When the board says you are next." Unacceptable answer. I drive home and wait another 30 minutes and return. Still not even prepared yet. We ended up going to WAWA for dinner. Awful Experience #3 was just the other day. I got my wife to agree to give it a try. Sunday night - far as I know not a HUGE pizza demand night. We ordered ONE MEDIUM PIZZA AND CHICKEN BITES. The wait time at 6PM was 45-60 minutes. Okay, whatever, we will survive. The indicator never moves. So I call to see if I am being scammed again. No one answers the phone for 8 minutes so I hang up. Yep. So we wait the 50 minutes and go. No pizza. Hadn't even been made yet - "Will get to yours next." We sit in the parking lot for 15 minutes and go in - guess what - as soon as we left the guy must have forgotten about us (though we could see him through the window) - HADNT BEEN PREPPED YET. Total wait time 1 hour and 45 minutes to get ONE PIZZA AND CHICKEN BITES.

So we will never return here and sincerely hope this store just closes up shop.

75% of the blame is on owner/corporate for letting this happen. 25% of the blame is on the workers/manager for sucking at their jobs.

First of all I placed the order at 6:03 and was told that it would be ready between 6:29-6:39. The tracker wasn't moving so I decided to go out and hit the I'm here button on the website since I had chosen curbside delivery. I waited for 15 min before I called the store. The guy said that I didn't check in and I had already done that as soon as I got there. When I checked in, the site told me to turn my hazards on which I did. He then was not friendly. He also told me it was not done yet and it was the next in line to be put in the oven. A little after 7 I got a text message that it was put in the oven. Finally the guy came out with my order and just stood at my window. That upset me because when I chose curbside delivery, I had hit the leave in trunk option when the options appeared. On top of that, the soda had a hole in it and on the way home, my son had to hold it out the window so more soda wouldn't get all over my interior. Then when I got home, one of the pizzas was well done. Today was my son's 10th birthday and this was what he wanted for his birthday meal. So it was supposed to be special. But this store went above and beyond to make it not special but unforgettable. I will definitely be taking my business elsewhere.

As soon as I left that feed back about my order on their website, I got a call from the manager, who once again was not friendly. He said that the order was put in in the order it was received. And didn't address all of my other issues as I have stated above. I never had a problem with my order not being ready in the time it said it would be ready. I hate to say it but the few times I ordered from these people they NEVER get the order right, I can be on the phone with them have them repeat it and when I receive it is completely different! Customer service does not care, when calling back trying to understand why, he was rude and just didnt care! Completely downsized my order and I had several small children who were waiting to eat and he did not cut in squares (which they advertise) I paid the price of a completely different order and he could’ve cared less! I’ll never order from you again, Some of the kids did not feel well after an hour that they ate and what would it matter bc you don’t seem to care about your customers!!
