I go here a lot as it's close to work. I went today with $6 cash to get a bagel which would give me enough points to order a free coffee. The whole point was to not have to use my debit card. I had my phone in my hand infront of the lady with the scan screen open. I told the lady 2 times what I was doing because she knew I usually get a coffee so she said "no coffee?" I told her I'm buying this with cash and using my points for the coffee. Two 2 1+1=2 times directly to her face. I hand her the cash waiting for her to pick up the scanner and she just rings me up instead. Then tells me there is nothing she can do now.... no you COULD do the right thing and refund me so we can do the transaction again but YOU don't want to do that... then she proceeded to tell me I could spend more of my money in order to get the points I SHOULD ALREADY HAVE because of her mistake. I won't be spending any more money here. Not to mention the orders of mine they have messed up in the passed I understand things happen but this was just wilful negligence. Tell me I can spend more money... you're out of your mind if you think that's proper customer service for...
Read moreit usually takes a lot to make me write a bad review and i give a place multiple chances usually going in at different times of day to double check. so the service is usually friendly enough for my taste but out of the past 6 times i have been there not once was i satisfied with the iced coffee i have gotten. i usually order at least 2 turbo shots and dark roast and at every other dunkin i go to the coffee turns a nice deep brown color but here they have consistantly given me what tastes like overly creamed coffee flavored water. not to mention no one in that entire parking lot understands its a one way parking lot and a big loop with arrows and all almost was hit here several times... stuck going to this one only because its a stones throw from my house but do not for any reason get the iced coffee if you actually want coffee i have to go home make a half a pot of coffee which was what i was trying to avoid in the first place and add it to this traveisty...

I’ve been to several other Dunkin Donuts where they all allow you to use more than one coupon but not this place. The hash browns were so small. Then I went inside to use another coupon and the older woman was almost hostile, again I did not feel welcome or good customer service. The younger staff seemed sweet and smiled so she is clearly not the problem. Very annoying they had the wrong names of the donuts in front of the wrong donuts behind the glass so I ordered a glazed because that’s what the sign said but apparently the one I wanted was called an old fashioned… fix your signs so customers can order what...
