Casa Mia — Restaurant in Lower Saucon Township

Truly sad. I decided to order from Casa Mia tonight when I usually order from somewhere in Hellertown. I have been going to Casa Mia randomly for many many years. Always very good and our food tonight was very good. But I feel like a fool. I paid $12 for this salad and $12 for calamari. That seems very expensive for soggy lettuce that barely covers the bottom of the container and only a couple pieces of mozzarella. Very expensive for approximately 12 pieces of calamari. My family ordered: cheese steak, sausage roll, most ravioli, and a grilled cheese. They dint have grilled cheese but the chef took a roll, sliced it a few different way and fried up a could of combinations until he found one that my very picky 3 year old son would eat. The sauce is delicious, the quality of the food is superb. I also ordered a salad, the lettuce was crisp and fresh and there was the perfect amount of dressing. The waitress was wonderful. I've had a lot of crap experiences at pizzerias in Pennsylvania but this is by far the best, oh, and the prices were better than any place I've been in...

If I could leave a zero I would. I called to place an order for pick up and was greeted by "Casa Mia hold". I waited on hold for five minutes. I hung up and called again as it was silent on the receiving end. When I called again I was also told to hold in a rude, harsh manner. I could hear the man in the background say, "I can't deal with it, these people calling in".
