Terrible Service and manager or Supervisor that was trying to fix the problem was very rude and ignorant and made us feel like we were being a nuisance and was acting like we were wrong I'm making our order on the deli kiosk! Then was told "sorry, we can't do anything else for you " with no Resolution to our problem and had to leave without being able to get our food! I have NEVER in my Life felt so Disrespected by a Supervisor or Manager and then told sorry we can't do nothing because the stores computer system was not working properly and the employees were not properly communicating rite to fix our problem then they made us feel like we were being a nuisance and Annoyance to them. Read moreWawa seems to be delibertly designed to be absolutely hostile to all handicapped people I go to many different Wawa stores each week and every single store poses the exact same thoughtless barriers. From the entrance doors, which can"t be used by anyone with a wheelchair or motorized cart or even a walker, to the I'll advised complete lack of hot dog counter prep space at every single store, making every visit a totally uncomfortable nightmare, I leave frustrated and angry. Sometimes I just go elsewhere due to my dreading the frustration. This happened at least twice in the last week. It's a shame because the food is good and fresh, but the physical discomfort is painful and mentally exacerbating and I simply have grown tired of experiencing or anticipating it.
