First time ordering from this tester. Ordered 80 wings from here asked for half mild half hot. We received 65 hot 15 mild. No big deal honest mistake so we called back because half of our party would not eat the hot. The man on the phone was very polite and said they’d send us the difference in mild wings, and to keep the others. An hour later when they show up there is only 10 wings, not the 25 we were owed. So we call yet again and this time they put a woman on the phone who i can only assume is a “manager” who said will send you the rest but you need to send the extra 25 hot back. They want 25 wings that have been sitting In my kitchen for over an hour back being picked through and handled by my friends and I. I can only hope they weren’t planning on reserving them to another customer. I told the woman that was rediculous and we’d just order from somewhere else she replied with “uh ok whatever” and hung up the phone. Read moreThey sent me the wrong item, charged me for the right item (which was more expensive) and then when I called to tell them they gave me the wrong item, they said I needed to return/exchange the wrong item in order to get the right one. So it takes 1 hour to deliver the wrong food to me, then when I call to inform you of your mistake, I have to wait another 30 minutes and exchange the wrong (now old) item for the right one. There was no mention of refund (even just the difference), there was no mention of keeping the wrong item while they deliver the right one, it's like they weren't even trying to make it right. Change your policy, there is a theme with how you are responding to your mistakes and you need to start holding yourself accountable instead of punishing your customers.
EDIT TO RESPOND TO OWNER: You did not, you charged for a cheesesteak and I recieved a cheeseburger. The order was never replaced. Asking us to "eat the fries so we won't be hungry" is the wrong answer. Terrible establishment, terrible customer service, and...

I saw the reviews and how the manager or whoever else argued with every customer. I recommend, instead of arguing with your customers at nights, you should change your policy. I ordered chicken wings from this place and I will never do that again! I do not have to even say anything because I hope you can see everything on the picture. However, I will do it because you did not experience what I did. When the delivery guy handed then to me, they smelled like shit. When I opened the bag, the wings were black. It seemed like they used oil that stayed for decades. I mean there was nothing to eat. They burned them all and the bones looked like coal. I wish you saw this. Look carefully at the picture. My dog was hungry and I gave him a piece. He spit it out! This is ridiculous. I am not a pizza fun, but that day I had to hurry otherwise I would never order food from somewhere. We are what we eat. If you guys think that I am gonna eat this, you are crazy. Now, I know how this pizzeria treats its customers.
