Rino's Pizza — Restaurant in Lower Township

Waited to post my review, since it would have been just dumpster fire. Stopped working on house late Saturday and decided to order a chessesteak and fries ($17.63). Girl taking order was pleasant. She asked for name and number...no problem. Picked up order about 15 minutes later...no problem. Left $5 tip...$22.63 total. Got home, pulled out fries and take home container of steak with cheese, no roll. Had to drive back. Young male that gave me my order came to window. I had order in my hand and asked what was this, showing him the steak and cheese in a container. Owner came up and said we tried to call you back to tell you we ran out of rolls. Bull you did! In fact, you let me pick up my order without even a word about it. He asked if I want my money back. Yeah I do, so he handed me $11. I said no way. I want my money for entire order plus the $5 tip. He gave me $22. Still they owe me $.63. Food may be good or good enough, but this owner doesn't care about service. Will me not going back hurt, maybe not. If he keeps it up, enough people not going back certainly hurt. The sad thing is I live a few blocks away 9-10...

Love the pizza and cheese fries, just had it yesterday. My family and friends have ordered here for years,always pick it up. We wanted to try other food from there so we called today and figured we would ask for delivery because its raining. A female answers, I tell her what campground I am at, she says they do not deliver here. No big deal as my husband would have driven there for the food. I was going to then order food for 2 families to be picked up but I did not have the chance because the girl hung up on me. No goodbye, no chance for me to say thats fine I still want to order. Good food but for customer service like that I was not calling back when I was so blatantly hung up on. Ended up ordering from somewhere near there that we ended up picking up anyway. It is unfortunate that this girl was so rude because it totally turned me off of ordering from here. I will order from again in the future because I like the food and never encountered a issue before but the girl on the phone...

To be honest the pizza here is very good. i give credit where credit is due. What I give them a 1 star for is their owner is a arrogant @@@ The business I work for would order 3 to 4 pizzas on at lease 2 saturdays a month. We clip the coupons 10 coupons free pizza. Long story short, manager goes in one night after ordering 2 pizzas. hands over 20 coupons and the owner said NO you can't do that. only one free pie. My manager didn't have cash on him and explained how much business we give this place and he was short and arrogant and refused. Needless to say he didn't take either pie. Manager left a negative review and get this BECAUSE WE LEFT A NEGATIVE REVIEW THE ENTIRE BUSINESS HAS BEEN BANNED FROM ORDERING THERE.; jUST SAYING DON'T LEAVE A NEGATIVE REVIEW. NO...
