Honestly one of the worst experience I’ve ever had at DD franchise.
The owner of this franchise really needs to get their employees and managers retrained or replaces with more experienced and respectable employees.
I went in yesterday morning and asked for a small hot chai late and a sour cream donut.
I always ask for my donut to be warmed any DD store I go to. But some reason this store refused to warm my donut. When I asked to speak with the manager who told their employee to tell me no the manager refused to a knowledge me when I asked her why she wouldn’t be able to just warm it for a few seconds that I’ve never had this issue with any other location I’ve gone to. She flat out told me no and ignored me.
When I received my hot drink, I took a sip after I left extremely upset, and it wasn’t even chai. It was regular coffee with milk.
So I didn’t even get to drink my drink or enjoy my donut.
I’ve been calling the store since yesterday and no one answers. I want a refund! Period and will never be ordering from this store again.
If I don’t get anyone to answer and stop hanging my calls up I’ll just contact my credit card company and ask for a charge back.

Have been at other times and it wasn't working then either. What is the point of ordering ahead if you're going to have to wait anyway? I do not have time to wait in a line that is out the door in the morning! That is why I order ahead. Also, I specifically asked for almond milk, as I can't have dairy. Please be kind to those who showed up.", but this does not exonerate a business from giving bad service. I placed a mobile order and went to the window. The young lady told me that it did not go through. I explained to her that I placed the order using the app. So what is going on? Does the "short-staffing" apply to the system you have too?
