Horrible, and I do mean horrible customer service. I placed an order via the app for pickup and in the app it clearly says to proceed through Drive-thru, so I did. When the lady came on the speaker to take my order i let her know I had a mobile order to pick up. She said "Mam, we don't do mobile orders, you will have to come inside" It was hard to hear clearly so i thought I heard her wrong and said "but the app says to pick up through drive through" to which she replied yelling "MAM I AM NOT TELLING YOU AGAIN YOU WILL NEED TO COME INSIDE" I park and go up to the counter and tell the lady standing there that I was here to pick up a mobile order. This young lady was polite and proceeded to put it together - she brings it back and I said whoever is working the intercom was incredibly rude and I'd like to speak with a manager. One of the people standing in the drive thru area (green haired lady -there were 3 or so congregating in that small area chatting ) starts getting very loud and aggressive with me and yells " I told you we don't do mobile orders you don't listen!" Im just standing there dumbfounded and told her outright "You are incredibly rude and have no business working a drive thru" She laughs and says "whatever" I left but her whole attitude was awful. Had she been remotely nice in any way and said "We're sorry we can't do mobile orders do you mind coming inside for a minute?" it absolutely would not have been an issue - things happen, but from the minute she came onto the intercom till the time I left the store she was rude and condescending and that is not the attitude to have in any sort of customer service position or towards any customer. Read morePLEASEEEE JUST SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN!!! This Wendy’s is the worst in this area. The staff here are super rude and just don’t care about their jobs. This place haven’t been here that long and the service have just been AWFUL!! I came here yesterday and each time I come here, I’m always reminded why I DON’T come here and I drive to the other Wendy’s on crest wood. And I live literally 5mins from here. Most likely not handling their food in the correct safe manner their suppose to be. There’s been multiple times when the place is closed at 5pm!! On a WEEKEND!! They don’t give you your receipt so they probably are scamming people when they are paying with cash. ( I used to work in the fast food industry and I’ve seen workers charge customers extra then they’re original total to steal money from the customer.) I paid with cash yesterday and no receipt given back so I don’t know if my change was correct. And gave me a attitude when I asked if I can get my drinks while I was waiting for my fries. Pulled up and paid and they asked me to pull up and they would bring order out. It’s 3 pm on a Saturday not a single person inside or in line other than me. Ten minutes to by still no food. I go inside and say I would like a refund. The manager tells me there are no refunds! That I need to bring my receipt next time I come and they will give me store credit. She lied straight to my face and refused to give a refund. I asked her the number for corporate and she said she didn’t have one but claims to be the store manager. I left without my food because at that point I didn’t trust them to prepare it. She was smiling and trying to provoke a reaction out of me the whole time. It’s absolutely absurd. I believe the managers name was Rosetta or rosette. I don’t remember because my blood was boiling and I just wanted to get out of there.
