7 Brew Coffee — Restaurant in Lubbock

I hate that I am leaving this 1-star review, because the coffee here is absolutely delicious! However, the customer service is absolutely horrible. I come to this location very often due to it being in the same area as my job. Almost always my coffee is perfect in taste and temperature. Unfortunately, I have had the same issue multiple times. I have visited this location when it was not busy maybe just two or three cars including myself. The employees will take the cars orders in front of me and instead of taking my order next they have walked back inside of their clear building to wait for the car infront to pull off after getting their order and for me to pull up to the front of the store (where they hand you your drink) to take my order. I have sat in my car while the employees have sat and stared at me instead of taking my order. Mind you this happens when there isn't a long line and less than 5 cars including myself and atleast 5 emplpyees standing around in their clear building chatting with each other. I always try to be understanding because I work in a customer service based environment as well, but this has happened at least 3 times. I've stayed for the quality of the coffee, but I am not willing to settle for service that doesn't show any type of urgency or care for customers and makes me feel like a burden to the employees. I had a horrible experience here. It was my first time here I decided to stop because it is close to my house and my turn to buy drinks for a CO worker. I told the lady who took my order I had never been there before and she stated some recommendations I ended up getting a 2 medium peach energy drinks. I take it to work and drink it both of our drinks taste like water. I called the number above and no answer. I called my husband to so he could go up there since we live down the street and give them the phone so I could speak to them to see what I could do. The gentleman on the phone said he could find my order and refund me I told him okay thank you. Then a lady in the background started yelling saying I had to be up here and not to give me refund and just absolutely yelling at the guy I was speaking to. So now I feel threatened cause of all her yelling. Keep in mind I work across town and just wanted to see what my options were for my energy drink that taste like water and cost almost 14 dollars. They probably would of been worth a second chance however due to the unprofessional lady yelling I would never recommend and I will make sure none of my coworkers family friends ever go to...

I ordered a large iced Triple 7. I was pleasantly surprised to see that the large was a pretty big cup (maybe 32 oz, I'm not sure as the sizes were not listed on the menu). I was disappointed to discover more ice than I would have liked. The cup was about 7/8ths full of ice. Most places stick to about 2/3rds or 3/4ths at most. While the flavor was okay, I was very let down by the coffee. If it did, indeed, have the 6 shots advertised, they must have been shots with much lower caffeine content than most coffee shops. I should have been buzzed out of my gourd after downing it but I barely felt a thing.
