A couple of friends and I went into this location and when we walked in we were not greeted . The lady working was hanging up a shirt and then went behind the register immediately after. My friends and I were in the front of the store looking at the Apple Watch bands (directly in front of the register). And still did not receive a greeting. Maybe a minute or so later three Caucasian people enter the store (a woman and two children) and they received the nicest welcome from Abby. My friends and I immediately left the store ,but soon went back in to ask for a manager( which was not there) and the employees name. I’ve never received this type of treatment in Lubbock and the fact that Abby has made this my first bad experience is just mind-blowing.

She answered all my questions clearly and went out of her way to ensure they had the product I was looking for before visiting in person. When I arrived at the store, the same level of care continued. The young lady was sweet ,welcoming, and attentive without being pushy. However, Stephanie, The Matador owner, was able to not only find out keys, but hand deliver them to the rental car facility so that we wouldn't be charged the $250 dollar replacement fee.
