HTeaO - Lubbock (98th & Slide) — Restaurant in Lubbock

Today was my first time going to this place to give it a try because my wife and daughter wanted something to drink from here. I still can’t say whether their drinks are good, but I can tell you I was very disappointed. Although my wife and daughter were able to get a drink, I was not. I cannot drink beverages with sugar so I need sugar free options, but I would like sugar free options that are still sweetened. They offer no variety of sugar free options. They only offer one option. So if you can’t drink the sugary options, you can only have the basic tea with what they call a “sweet zero”. I was disappointed I could not try any of their flavored teas because they are all made with sugar. In this day and age, in my opinion, there is no reason why sugar green options (plural) are not made available. Everywhere else I go , there are sugar free options available, but not here. So if you are someone who needs to have a sugar free drink but you don’t want that complete unsweetened flavor, this is not the place for you unless you just want a basic “sweet zero” tea. I love getting drinks here! My whole family loves the tea. I appreciate the rewards system and the app. I like that you get points with every purchase and it's not like a buy- nine- get- one- free thing. I've enjoyed the energy drinks and the refreshers along with the tea. I like the Free Rein tea, however, I haven't been super impressed with the flavored latte and mocha type drinks. They're just okay. We also love the chapstick! I hope HTeaO maintains their high quality...

LOVE HteaO!! I go all the time and recently started going to this location instead of Milwaukee since it is closer to my house. However, I have noticed it seems hard for them to hear the drive thru orders. Never had an issue with the other locations. Not sure if the sign is too far away or what, but some orders have been messed up due to them not being able to hear. The staff is always super friendly and everything always gets fixed...
