Marco's Pizza — Restaurant in Lubbock

‼️ Let me say, I don't ever review. But my stomach and I are sad and hangry. I had placed an order at 2p to be delivered at 5:30p. The ticket attached to the box even had my order correctly on it, yet the pizza was completely wrong. Had ordered a garlic butter crust with pep, olives, spinach, and mushrooms. Instead, I got a thin crust with sausage, olives, and mushrooms. I then called them to see if they could give me the correct pizza, and I guess by letting me keep the incorrect pizza would justify them making me wait hours for the originally paid food due to them being "swamped". Now I understand being busy, but we live 4 minutes down the road, I don't know why I wasted my time and provided support to a place that cares little for their customers, I have learned. Hands down the worst sandwiches I’ve ever ate. I got the Steak and cheese footlong and I’m not joking I’ll bet money it had less than 3 ounces of meat. It was more of a mushroom sandwich. Basically no mayo. It was as bland as a sandwich could get. I enjoy their pizza, but sandwiches are a BIG NO from now on. Plus when I called to order it seemed the lady who answered acted like I was bothering her by ordering.

My son and grandson got the Chicken sandwich and they agreed worst sandwich they’ve ever had. Cost of 4 carry out sandwiches $43. I’m telling you go to Walmart and buy a footling for $6.99 much better and triple the meat.

Pizza was AMAZING! Tastes great and the time until it was ready was correct. The young man who helped me at the counter was also very pleasant. However the staff in the back were using foul language with each other and it almost sounded as though there was going to be an altercation. This made the atmosphere unprofessional. Even after the young man told them a customer was there, they continued to be very abrasive and inappropriate. Will definitely order again but never for carry...
