Pizza Hut Express — Restaurant in Lubbock

Dining in is not what you would expect. It's an empty dining area, no fountain drinks served at all and is not even an option. Bottled drinks only. No silverware or plastic ware available. No parmigiana cheese or crushed pepper available. Paper plates only. No music. All you see at the counter is somebody who is concerned with deliveries only and stacks of delivery boxes. Evidently they gave up on "dine in" options and do delivery only. I recommend closing the dining area and advertising "delivery only" for that location.
