I doordash deliver The one at 19th and University was horrible...I drove across town to pick up an order that certainly should have been ready when I arrived...it was 2 grilled cheese...no big deal,still had to wait 10+ minutes for them and I had another pickup to go get... I saw what I thought was my order get brought out and wrapped...and it was my order but they decided I wasn't important enough to bring the customers at least semi warm food.I guess they wanted this and my 2nd order to both be cold. SO so slow. Which is shocking bc the inside isn't even open. It took over 10 mins for 2 smoothies. No food. The cars behind me probably thought I ordered one of everything.

The gal who took my order was not friendly and not engaging AT ALL at the window (Wendaeza was her name). No hi...no thank you.

Was handed my smoothie and BOTH cups had smoothie all over them. I had to ask for napkins and sat there and cleaned them off to make sure it didn't make a mess of my car.

Just overall poor customer service experience. I'll stick with the other 2 in...

I cannot say enough good things about my experience here! We were greeted by fun music and smiling faces as soon as we walked in. The customers service was excellent and the food was brought out fast. The flatbread I got was delicious and packed full, finally something like looks as good in person as food does in the pictures!!
